  1. Windows 7 Speech Recogniation: Does it normally clog your computer?

I rarely use this and only for experimentation but today I noticed thing getting paused/clogged/lagging. Weird things. Using a i5 2400 quad core 64 bit CPU with Win7 64bit and 16gb of DDR3 ram. Its very rare I have a problem running anything. I looked at Process Explorer and didn't see it drawing anything special in terms of memory or CPU power. So what's up with Speech Recognition? Why does it drag things down so much? The second I closed it...POOF. Everything's normal.

    :)
