Windows 10: Windows 7 Standalone Installer Error "0x800b0001 Unknown trust provider"

Recently, I wanted to update Windows 7 SP1 to Windows 7 SP2, but it did not go well. I have tried updating from the control panel but, for some reason, it keeps giving me that "800B0001" error. So instead, I have tried Google's top for answers and came across this article from the same Windows Standalone Installer I downloaded. How to obtain and install Windows 7 SP2 - Microsoft Community I have followed the instructions, but unfortunately, the "Prerequistes" gave me a error which is basically that "0x800b0001 Unknown trust provider." Visual Studio 2019 / Net Framework installation fails with error 0x800b0001, 0x800b0003 (Unknown trust provider.)

I am trying to install Net framework 4.8 on a new Windows 7 machine, but when I run the installation file (both online or offline ones), it fails with the following error:

I tried repairing windows update using [url='https://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html']
Windows repair software,[/url] and the error I get when running Net frmework installer changed:

Also, when I try to install Netframe work quality roll-up from windows update, it fails with a similar error but different code (0x800b0003)

I tried running Windows update troubleshooter, Windows update readiness tool ([url='https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/vsnetsetup/2013/03/12/unknown-trust-provider-error-while-installing-net-framework-4-0/']As
 stated here[/url]), installing with the diagnostic startup or even safe boot. Also, I tried installing certificates for setupUtility though file properties. None helped.

I faced all of these problems when I tried to solve the issue with installing Visual Studio 2019, which when I try to run the installer, it gives me a certificate or signature error.

Hello..

I am on Windows 10 Build 1607 (OS Build 14393.1198).

Recently, if i am not mistaken, since KB3150513 is out, whenever I tried to update, it gave me error 0x800b0001.




I have tried using sfc /scannow, but nothing.
I even tried to download KB3150513 and update manually, but also the same error.
I did not install anything beforehand, just a normal PC using, you know, like email, FB, etc.

Addition Information:
Before this error 0x800b0001 occured, i also faced "This App has been blocked for your protection."



Not sure if this is related or not.
