    Windows 7 to Windows 10, can't see upgrade?


    I've installed all the updates for Windows 7 on my test machine to this point and I wanted to test Windows 10 on my "test" Toshiba laptop. The only problem is I do not get the reserve icon and I can't download the preview? Any advice?

    Win7 Pro upgraded to Win10 Home

    We can't figure out how to get back to Windows 7 Pro. We backed up the entire system to an external hard drive and Windows 7 Restore (in Windows 10) does not see it. F:\WindowsImageBackup is visible in File Explorer, but Restore does not see it.

    This is very disconcerting.
