Windows 10: Windows 7 Ultimate N won't activate

A client of mine purchased a very expensive automobile alignment system that came with a non-activated version of Windows 7 Ultimate N 32 bit. Why, for that kind of money $10,000 they wouldn't install and activate a current Microsoft OS is appalling, but I suspect it's because the software won't run on 64 bit, and they are too cheap to hire a programmer to fix the problem. I need to get this machine so that it will print. As long as it's not a legal copy, it won't print, there's nothing in the devices and printers window. Activating windows 7 ultimate over the phone

When trying to activate windows 7 ultimate, following the steps computer/properties/activate software now/

There is only the option of doing it online and that link no longer works

What other means are there to activate?

 

Windows 7 Ultimate N logo

I have Windows 7 Ultimate N installed on a laptop with dual boot with Windows XP.

At startup, after the login screen, and at shutdown Windows 7 displays a logo...Windows 7 Ultimate

This logo is at the bottom centre of the screen and it stays on for about 3 seconds then it disappears.

Where is this logo file located? I would like to add it to the wallpaper so I know when I'm working in Windows 7.
