Windows 10: Windows 7 wifi weird connecting issue

Hello,I have a very wired issue. I have old Toshiba laptop , running windows 7 ultimate. It can not connect to any wifi or hotspot at HOME. It finds the wifi or hotspot but it cant connect to any of them. I tried to connect to wifi router , tried to connect my iphone hotspot. It didn't work.It finds them then asks for password but then it fails. I followed all steps that windows provides during trouble shooting , but it didnt works. My other laptops and iphones,ipdad and other devices, they all don't have any issue with wifi. The funny thing is , the same laptop can connect to any wifi at any

Weird Wifi Issue

So, I've noticed something weird on my laptop when it comes to my home wifi network.
I have a bootcamped Macbook Pro that I have been running Windows 10 on for some time. A couple months ago I noticed that when I am connected to the Wifi and go to a website that I don't have cookies or history for, it will load up, get to the point of changing the tab title and favicon, then just continue loading nothing until I shut it down. No page, no content, just blank frame.
When I change over to the Apple OS, the connection works just fine and pages will load up with no problems.
Recently, I took a trip to visit family and on their wifi, everything was just fine and everything loaded up. This issue only happens when I'm on my home network.
I've tried resetting the network settings, every command prompt command there is, and any other network solving suggestion that I could find.

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)

• What is the make and model of the PC?
  

• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

Windows 7 virtual wifi authentication mode

Hello.

Just a quick question to whoever is using windows 7 virtual wifi capability - when you type in "netsh wlan show hostednetwork", cmd window displays a list of settings for your hosted virtual wifi.

I was wondering, is there a way to change authentication method from WPA2-Personal to simple WEP ?
