Nokia Lumia 900 windows 7.8. update

Information about this new update (windows 7.8.) I had 1-2 months ago .I decided to run it now on my phone from different computer in which I have "zune" ,but it only shows information that "no updates found". I opened settings->phone->update ,but there
is text "current phone software version: 7.10 " and thats all .How can I update it?

  3. Find my phone...

The 2 checkboxes are in WP8. My first 920 had them. My replacement does not.

Don't understand. If you upgrade to Windows 10 then yes, Windows 7 is replaced. It will be saved in C:\Windows.old and you can rollback for 30 days. After that Windows.old is deleted.

If you are asking if you have to do a complete reinstall of Windows 7 before you can try the upgrade to Windows 10 again, then yes, that is what you will have to do, sorry. I believe you will also have to install Windows 7 SP1 if it's not already there then apply a lot of updates before you can upgrade to 10.

If I'm misunderstanding something please let me know.

  6. IF you mean, can you do a clean install of Win10 and then use your Win7 license key to activate Win10 -- the answer is no.
