    Hi, my relative has a Aspire laptop but a windows 7 and it hasn't been used for many years and it keeps coming up with windows error recovery but the mouse and arrows aren't working, I contacted Microsoft and they tried their best to help but told me to post on here and ask if anyone can help with a windows 7 download link so i can reinstall it on the laptop for her and see where we go from there. She also sent for a new battery and charger because the battery went and we lost the charger and they work fine, its just i got told that windows is corrupt on her laptop and needs reinstalling. than
