Nov 2023: Windows 7pro crashed because of Microsoft update.Need to reinstall,have product key.Cant seem to find where to download and access windows7.Yes I know it is not supported.Yes I know you are pushing windows 10.I dont want windows 10.& have an old laptop over ten years old.I am used to windows 7 dont want another OS.Can someone direct me to a solution? Thank you.

This seems unlikely, considering that there has not been a "Microsoft security update" for Windows 7 since January 2020.

Why do you think you need to reinstall Windows 7? This is a drastic step and often not necessary to recover from a "crash." In addition, if you reinstall Windows, you will then have to:

• Update Windows with all security updates, possibly including Service Pack 1, that were issued after the date of the installation media. This can be a tedious and somewhat complicated process.
  
• Reinstall all of your application programs from their original installation media, possibly also requiring product keys or the like.
  
• Restore all of your user data from your backup.
  

There is no legitimate site from which to download Windows 7. If you really need to reinstall, see reply from Bill Smithers for your options.

With only the boot menu coming up.

I will use that option of getting a copy of windows 7pro and using my key.
