Windows 10: Windows 8.1 could not determine the language to use for setup error code: 0x80004005 error

First of all, I am using Windows 8.1, but I want to switch to Windows 7 Pro due to the decrease in performance. However, I constantly get the error Windows could not determine the language to use for setup. Error code 0x80004005. I have tried everything but it does not work. I do not want to install from USB or DVD, please help me, best regards.Processor: İntel Core i2 P8400 duo Display Card: NVİDA Geforce 9600M VRAM:2 RAM: 3 GB

I was on windows 11 and used it like a month or more but wanted to shift to windows 10. So, I downloaded it tried to install it but it didn't install so I reset my pc and it's stuck at preparing and there’s a pop-up saying windows could not determine the language to use for Setup. Error code : 0x80004005

I badly need to use the my pc. How can I fix it? Please help.

I have looked over many other posts about this, all with the same error code, but with a different problem.

I have a computer thats a few years old, it has an ABIT kn8-sli motherboard, and its running off windows XP.

I was having problem with the hard drive before I gave up on it awhile back, and now I have come back and resolved that problem, but now when I get to the login screen and type in the password it says its in need of an update, then when it asks me if I want to update I click Yes, and then it says it won't work due to error 0x80004005.

The only operating system I have currently is windows 7. Do I need to go buy a new OS or is this recoverable?
