    I can't say for sure? Like I said, I've never upgraded Enterprise to Enterprise. For the consumer version, yes, you get a page with a check box for "keep my files and programs.". Your options are, keep nothing, keep files, keep files and programs. You decide. You should be able to bail out if you don't like what you see.

    Enterprise editions are from volume licensing. You need to get it through whoever provided your copy since they will have the volume licensing credentials.

    I now have the Windows 10 Enterprise ISO installer on my thumb drive.
    I also have the license key from the company.

    By selecting the 1st option, this installation of Windows 10 will just be something like a Windows update?
