Windows 10: Windows 8.1 Home to Windows 10 Home

Hi I wont to ask if still can be update windows 8.1 Home version to windows 10 Home version, and after that if Windows 10 can be activatet with the same license number from Windows 8.1 Home version.I can not find that information about that or there are other posibilities to get windows 10 and activate it by using licence from windows 8.1. Eariel was such oportunity.
