Windows 10: Windows 8.1 or windows 10?

Discus and support Windows 8.1 or windows 10? in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have a laptop with windows 8.1 and i want to reinstal a new windows, should i go with the windows 10?
