My PC is stuck in the Windows 10 reboot bluescreen loop.

This is the loop: 1) Windows Icon/"PREPAIRING AUTOMATIC REPAIR"

Then it just sits on that screen. If I restart it goes back into this loop. I can't get to the desktop, or boot into win 10. I just want to get my data off and then I can do a re-install. Thanks for any help.

My windows 8 crashes suddenly and shows this blue screen that says "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then you can restart."

But the thing is now my screen is stuck on (0% complete), I've tried to do a hard shut down by holding the power button but still didn't work
