Windows 10: Windows 8.1 showing limited no browsing to my home access point or even to my mobile...

I have this problem. I have 2 access points in my home. All other laptops connect fine with both wifi networks. But my Dell N4050 laptop with windows 8.1 newly installed to resolve this issue but didn't get solved shows limited the icon of yellow exclaimnation mark on the wifi signal connection. Due to this problem I cannot access the wifi over this access point. Can anyone tell me the solution?

Mobile hotspot connection shows limited access

I am using Windows 8.1. Whenever I try to connect my mobile hotspot to my pc it shows limited access but the hotspot works perfectly fine in other pcs and even on my mobile too. Kindly help.
