Windows 10: windows 8.1 store refuses to start up

trying to launch microsoft store in ages to download the microsoft whiteboard app. my problem is that whenever i try to launch the store program, it shows this up: i tried the wsreset.exe but that *literally* did nothing. has the support for winstore 8.1 ended? i thought of downloading appxbundles of the apps but ruled it out because it isnt very safe to begin withthanks for any help in advance
