Windows 10: Windows 8.1 Stuck on “Please wait”

Dear community, I had accidentally deleted some important system files and “broke” my PC, so I was forced to reset it by reinstalling Windows 8.1.Link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows8ISOI rebooted my computer, and set everything – and it was working completely fine. I wanted to download a game, so I downloaded it from the official website and after sorting out a few bugs I was able to run it.I shut down my computer for the day, but when I booted it up the next day I found that after I logged in, a “Please wait” banner popped up with an unfunctional cancel button.
