Windows 10: Windows 8.1 to Win 10, Media creation tool does not restart system

Discus and support Windows 8.1 to Win 10, Media creation tool does not restart system in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I just rebooted it like usual, but now I'm getting crashes folowed by the automatic repair.     Windows 8.1 to Win 10, Media creation tool does not restart system


    I just rebooted it like usual, but now I'm getting crashes folowed by the automatic repair.

    Windows 8.1 goes to load, and all I have is a blank a screen now.

    I seem to have majorly messed up my system somehow. Please advise
