Windows 10: Windows 8.1 to windows 10

Hello, I have a HP Tower with windows 8.1 installed.HP say my tower is upgradeable to window 10.,I see that you did or still offer free windows 10 upgrade.I have tried it a few times from your site and it always fails to install.With economics being not good I am not looking to purchase a new tower at this time.Look foward to your reply.Dave J/NJ
