    Hi,I have an asus windows 8 gaming laptop, it worked last week but I just can’t get it to turn on now. It turns on and says preparing automatic repair. Then diagnosing your pc, and then blue screen. I don’t know what to do. I have restarted multiple times, shut down, tried command prompts and it keeps returning to the same blue screen. When I try startup repair, it says C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt I don’t really know what to do anymore. It won’t let me log in to my laptop at all. Could it be a new mouse I tried or something deeper within the laptop?

    c:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srttrail.txt thats the problem tried everything all of the options you guys have listed it wont let me do anything all the commands tried cant reset it wont let me says there was a problem resetting pc.

    I have an MSI laptop I7 12 on ram. Updated to wind 10 about 4 months ago. Last week i got some updates, i installed the updates and the lap did not came on, got black screen ¨STARING WATCH DOG INITIALIZATION¨ did not do anything after that. I ran the system
    restore and star up problems an got C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt” error. I took the harddisk out of my laptop and i connect the disk into another laptop, found out that i have 2 srttrail.txt , so i delete
    one of them. put the disk back an the lap came on.

    Turn the laptop off and got same error
    C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt”. finally did advance options. Star windows without checking drivers signature option number 7 of the menu and the laptop is on. I am afraid that if i turn off the laptop is
    not going to come back on again.

    How can i fixed the C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt” now that i have the laptop working?

    I was doing a Re-image on battery by mistake on a ASUS GL533VD. The power went out. After connecting the power cord the laptop was stuck in a repair loop upon booting. The repair always fails due to (CWindows 8 Asus gaming laptop C:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt :)\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt. The OS at the time was Windows 10-1803 B 17134.112. Windows 10 Recovery Environment CD or System Repair Disc (Windows 10 64-bit v1709 CD or attempting to Re-image again hasn't worked. I can't even get into safe mode with networking and Command prompt: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00 wasn't recognized.
    I am truly screwed. Any suggestions?
