Windows 10: Windows 8 PC not booting up after restarting, just a black background.

So I did a cleanup using Restoro and it asked me to restart my computer. I did, but now it’s just a black screen with nothing to do. I can only use the side panels of volume, source and auto adjustment. I have tried everything from turning off and turning on everything to unplugging and replugging every cable, but nothing. I have no idea what is happening - it was working fine yesterday and all it was was a simple restart. The most I can get out is source. My computer has a DVI cable plugged in, so I try to use that cable, but it just says “Check Video Cable” nothing is wrong with it. Do I n
