Windows 10: Windows 8

Greetings! Dear helpers, help with the problem, please. I have a laptop I bought it in a hardware store in 2013 it had Windows 8 installed on it. Then I upgraded to version 8.1 a long time ago. But yesterday, I decided to completely reinstall Windows and chose a method that allows you to do a "clean" reinstall of Windows. Did this. And now I can't update this to version 8.1 via Update Center since Microsoft has stopped supporting this version. Then I try to download the installer for version 8.1 from this site, but I get an error when I try to do so. I get an error with message code 715-1231
