Windows 10: Windows abruptly restarting without a blue screen Bugcheck code: 0x0000019c

I had this error code and sometimes 0x0000014f happen a few times on this machine. I ran the usual stuff like sfc and DISM and fixed everything that they asked me to do. I also reinstalled the graphics driver, but this BSOD seems to be happening again. I have provided the minidump files below. Here's the Google Drive link for the minidump.
