Windows 10: Windows account, apps, and services ‘can’t connect to the internet’ — nothing I’ve tried...

So I first realized the problem after I downloaded the Microsoft’s Xbox for PC app, probably not related, but a few days after that I noticed I wasn’t able to sign into that Microsoft app with my Microsoft account — I was able to sign in earlier but now the app was saying I wasn’t connected to the internet and so couldn’t sign in. The thing is, my WiFi was working and I was able to use non-Microsoft applications and services just fine like my browser for example.

Then I opened up the Microsoft Store and it wouldn’t let me sign into my Microsoft Account there either. I kept saying I have to be connected to the internet to sign in, so clearly windows is having trouble connecting to its own servers or something, I dunno.

Anyways, one of the solutions I read about and tried was trying to sign into my Microsoft account on the PC itself, because I use a local account, but in the Setting page where you do that it didn’t let me because, you guessed it, I ‘wasn’t connected to the internet’.

I dunno if it’s relevant, but when I look at my WiFi on my taskbar it says something like “secured, not connected” even though, again, my internet works just fine for anything that’s not a Windows app or service.

Pretty please help — I’m slowly descending into madness over here and don’t know what to do...

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

microsoft apps wont connect to the internet win10

after i forgot my laptop password , the IT team has solved this problem somehow by creating another admin user account and deleted the old one . since then im facing this issue. otherwise the internet is running perfectly on other browsers. except on Microsoft
edge , the mail application , the store,and microsoft account even the Lenovo ID isnt able to connect to internet. the error ive seen on the store app is 0x80072EFD.

i followed the steps which you´ve mentiond but there was no '' Microsoft Account'' on the list

• Is this issue specific to Windows Store apps?
  
• Are you facing this issue in Local account or Microsoft account?

Let's try the below Steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Step 1: If installed from the Windows store try to run a
Windows Store app troubleshooter and check.

If the issue doesn’t resolve then try next step.

Step 2: Run inbuilt Internet connection troubleshooter
and Network Adapter troubleshooter

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter
  
• Also run the Network Adapter troubleshooter and check if the issue resolves.
