Windows 10: Windows Account keeps "Preparing Windows.." loads into a Temp Profile Every. Time.

I've tried everything honestly. Safe mode works, but when uncheck safe boot and restart, it still logs me into the temp profile.Regedit and deleting keys and rename values to 0. Did that too.Tried signing out and signing back in a thousand times. Tried windows startup repair, and it immediately says it can't fix the problem and to check the logs.Tried installing updates and uninstalling BOTH quality and feature updates.Already ordered and new SSD and got the USB media image ready...but my orignal background still loads. It's just that everytime I log in..it gives me that stupid "Windows prepar

Windows temp profile

Hi..

I am facing the problem of temp profile login. I followed few steps stated in the websites like removing .bak from your SID. but it doesn't work. Still my profile is logging in to temp profile.

Please do suggest some solution

windows 10 only loads temp profiles

I am a windows insider using version 2004 os build 20226.1000. After my surface pro reset while using it today, it will only load a temp profile, regardless of user. I have cleaned up the reg entries in profiles, verified my profile is there, deleted profile
entry for temp, removed .bak and set state value to 0, in my profile. But each time I reboot and login it fails to load my profile and creates another temp profile. II am able to login in with my credentials.

 

Logs into temp profile

I upgraded from windows 8 to windows 10 yesterday and when I logged in it said preparing windows, then said I was logged into a temp profile.

in the event log I have the following

event 1502

Windows cannot load the locally stored profile. Possible causes of this error include insufficient security rights or a corrupt local profile.

DETAIL - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

(the online help goes to a page that is not available )

I also have an error 1508

Windows was unable to load the registry. This problem is often caused by insufficient memory or insufficient security rights.

for C:\Users\mike\ntuser.dat

I can not use sfc because I do not have admin rights in temp profile

Logging out and logging back in gives same results...preparing windows then temp profile
