Windows 10: Windows account login

I can't log in to my Microsoft account on the computer settings page, and every time I enter my account email and my microsoft login password, it shows that an error has occurred "Oops, something went wrong Whatever happened, it was probably our fault. Please try again." I was able to log in to my microsoft account from the browser, but not from the windows account settings. My device is Win11 Home.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
