Windows 10: Windows account protection pin

Hi,

I have a notification constantly pop up on windows 10 to set up a pin for my account to work correctly. I have to enter a pin to sign in when my PC turns on. When I go on the notification I enter my password and pin for my microsft account but then nothing happens. If I go to windows -> settings -> account -> sign in options and add a pin there the same thing happens. I have asked this question before but it didn't really go anywhere. This is a video of what happens btw. https://youtu.be/J5EofjXBPfo It is a personal account, the only app that has my school one signed in on is teams, which I clicked 'sign into this app only' when doing so. Is there anything I can do to fix this/stop the notifications? Thanks in advance.

Microsoft Account PIN and password

• Click Start menu and go to Settings.
• In Settings, click the Accounts icon.
• Click on Sign-in options.
• Change both your password and pin one by one.

Have PIN for Windows 10 but need Windows password

• Type the word pin in the search box and select

OSK PIN login on non-touch device

Hello,

I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.

• 
  Go to Settings and select account.
  
• 
  Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.
  
• 
  Now click on Add and set PIN for login.
  

You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.
