  1. Windows Account Sign in/ Log ON issues with display

We have a family of 4 all logins are working as expected except for on child sign in. When that child signs in the screen goes black for a log period of time. Windows desktop and Windows explorer does not show up. I have looked at Microsoft Support for help not live person and it had me go through a series of steps with task manager, but you cannot see the task manager, ctrl+alt+esc but that doesn't let us view anything on the screen. After about 5 minutes then finally Windows desktop and Windows explorer if visible. Remember this is for one Microsoft account/ID of 4 on the PC the other 3 load/work as expected. Just need to figure out how to get Windows to display immediately after sign-in. Anyone able to assist in fixing this?

    :)
