Windows 10: Windows accounts notifications?

I am not receiving account protection notifications in Microsoft Security under the tab virus protection and notification section I cannot turn it on. Before it would always be on "off", and so I believe this feature is important. Another thing in the taskbars where the icons are hidden and running, on Microsoft Security you cannot right-click the icon to open the other options. for example, if I would want to right-click the icon to open that app, well on this one it does not open anymore, shortcuts?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Your account settings are out-of-date in Mail or Calendar for Windows 10 and see if that helps in resolving the issue.

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
