Windows 10: Windows Activation Error 0x803FA067 after hardware change

Greetings all,My old PC experienced hardware issues I wasnt aware at the time and I tried everything to fix it, including reinstalling Windows 10 on it. Afterwards, I immediately changed the whole system with a new motherboard, cpu and ram along with the SSD that contains the Windows 10 system from my old PC. But when I tried activating windows 10 I am prompted by the 0x803FA067 error.Ive tried the activation troubleshoot and it says "We wont be able to activate Windows on this device"and when I clicked on "I changed my hardware", it says "unable to activate windows". Cannot Activate Windows 10 after Hardware Change

I recently changed motherboard and processor and did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro.

I am now unable to activate windows. I have tried the following methods:

• Entered product key directly
• Used the activation troubleshooter
• Attempted the "changed hardware recently" option and signed in to microsoft account

When entering the product key directly, I get the following error code: 0x803fa067

 

Problems re-activating windows after hardware change.

I've changed motherboard, CPU etc and can't seem to reactivate windows. It works and updates as normal but displays the 'activate this copy of windows' message on desktop and reports error 0x803FA067 when I try and enter my valid product key.

I've tried troubleshooter, creating admin profile, logging in with MS account and all other things that the list and help suggests.
