Windows 10: Windows activation error code 0xC004F211 on new computer

I just purchased a new computer that is supposed to come with windows 10, but when I try to activate it, I get error 0xC004F211, that there has been a hardware change to the computer. The computer is brand new, just out of the box. Any idea why it is showing this error?

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

Error codes: 0xC004C008 or 0xC004F211

Hi!

I recently upgraded my pc spec new motherboard, new cpu and new ram and im getting this error code : 0xC004F211 and I already know the problem it's because I upgraded my pc and when I launch troubleshoot it doesn't do anything just fails and I went to get
help it couldn't activate it again because before I upgraded I had licensed Windows 10 pro and now it keeps showing activate windows so can Someone from the Microsoft Activation team help please?
