Windows 10: Windows activation not working properly

Hello everyone,I need help please, I have a PC which came with a pre-installed windows 10 education os and I wanted to take the product key from that old pc to a new PC by using the CMD command "wmic path softwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey", I've installed windows 10 education with the Microsoft creation tool and after the installation finished I have entered the product key and it activated as windows 10 pro education.why did it activated the os as pro education?I have formatted the old PC and used the same product key, and the os is activated as a normal windows 10 education

We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.

  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
