Windows 10: Windows activation problems after cleaning the TPM module

Hello,I have a problem with activating Windows on my laptop. I had an error with the TPM module for a long time and finally decided to clean it because it was interfering with normal operation. I bought a laptop with a version of Windows 11 Pro that was pre-installed and activated, but after cleaning the TPM, Windows was deactivated. Furthermore, I found a backup version of the activation key in register, but after entering it, the program gives an error. I tried "Troubleshoot" but that didn't help either. Should I contact the seller's store? My warranty has expired. Is it possible to fix it?

Installing a TPM on an operational copy of Windows 10

I failed to state that I have a 2.0 TPM module, 14 pin.
The TPM module that is suggested above is a 20 pin unit, but thanks for the link.

What I am wondering is if I install the TPM and activate it in the UEFI what will happen when I go to boot into windows?
Will I be able to set up the TPM and suffer no problems, as if this were a clean install?

Need help on whether to clear TPM on not

It's clear as mud. As far as I can tell, it's specific to Windows, not necessarily activated programs like MacAfee, games, etc etc etc. MS Office, I have no idea.

This issue usually occurs because the Trusted Platform Module (TPM)
uses the manufacturer driver and not the Windows built-in Trusted Platform Module driver.

To resolve this, you can manually uninstall and reinstall Trusted Platform Module. To do so, see the steps below:

• Open Device Manager on the device on which you are experiencing the issue
• Uninstall the Trusted Platform Module driver.
