    Windows activation trouble


    I have recently built a computer and installed the free version of Microsoft home. Now i have bought a new laptop and after signing in i was brought to the home screen with a stock lenovo wallpaper, upon seeing it i changed it back to the windows stock wallpaper. i am now on my pc and have the lenovo wallpaper. due to me having the free version to begin with i am unable to change back to the original windows wallpaper. can i switch this back or have this computer considered a device with an activated windows account?

    Windows 10 fails to update


    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

    first ones not bad. floppies are dead, thats a good step up.

    activation? i've never had issues with that.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Trouble with activating the Windows 10: I have a Lenovo C260 All-In-One desktop, and in the March of 2024 I updated the original Windows 8.1 with Bing to the Windows 10, and it was activated. But for some reason after reinstalling the Windows 10 it is not activated now. Only I've got is the 0x803fa067 issue....
