Windows 10: Windows Activation Troubleshooter ERROR 0xc0ea00a

Hello.I changed SSD on my laptop, for which I purchased retail digital license officially bought on Microsoft website around year ago.Unfortunately after re-installation on fresh SSD the Windows 11 I can't activate the system.I tried "troubleshooting" and got the error code 0xc0ea00a.Then I tried "I changed hardware on this device recently" - and got "We can't reactivate Windows as our servers aren't available right now.Wait for a few minutes or try adding your Microsoft account again." several times during several hours.Please help to activate.

Getting Error Code 0xC0EA00A after bios update

Hi,

I cant reactivate my windows 10 license after bios update. Getting this error:

" It looks like the hardware on this device has changed. Make sure you're connected to the internet and try again later. Error Code: 0xC0EA00A "

I tried the troubleshoot option and my current desktop is not on the list of machines available for reactivation. On my microsoft account I see the machine im trying to reactivate its not on the trouble shoot list. I sure I connected the same accounts.

As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you run the Activation troubleshooter and try activating Windows 10 Pro again. To run the Activation troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button and select the Settings

• Choose Update & Security from the list.
• Select Activation in the left pane of the window.
• Click Troubleshoot.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
