    Hello,In July 2021, I bought a custom built computer from someone online, which had Windows activated on it. In December 2021, I started getting notifications saying that my Windows license was due to expire soon and that I should try to renew it. When I looked in my settings it said I had Windows 10 Professional that had been activated through my organisation, so I am assuming that the person I bought this computer from just activated Windows through his job or education rather than buying Windows from a key. I was wondering if I could get some support in how to proceed, as in, do I have to b
