Discus and support Windows active resolution stuck at 3840*2160 when launching games in full screen in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; So im using a TV connected to an hdmi on an geforce rtx card and for some reason when i launch some game in full screen for example red dead 2, black...     Windows active resolution stuck at 3840*2160 when launching games in full screen


    So im using a TV connected to an hdmi on an geforce rtx card and for some reason when i launch some game in full screen for example red dead 2, black desert, battlefield 2042, rogue company, the in game resolution is at 2560 by 1440p which is what im playing at currently but on the information bar on my tv hisense u8g 55' shows it at 3840 by 2160p even though l it display 1440p in game.. i would either have to switch refresh rates or go back in and out of input 3 of my tv... I have already contacted Hisense about the issue and they sent me a TV firmware which didn't help and i also reinstall

    Preview Pane in Windows 10 does not display correctly with 3840 x 2160 screen resolution

    Since I bought a screen with 3840 x 2160 resolution, I have always had the problem that the review pane shows an enlarged picture of the document, and you cannot make it smaller. It means that the right hand side and the bottom of the document are unreadable.
    I have just realised that it only happens when the resolution is set to 3840 x 2160. If I alter the resolution down to 2560 x 1440 it displays correctly. If I have it set to 3840 x 2160 it displays incorrectly on the monitor, but if I drag the image over to
    my laptop screen, it displays correctly. It seems to be a windows 10 problem. Can anyone help?

    How do I set Windows 10 to view 3840 x 2160 resolution on the monitor?

    My Samsung computer monitor is capable of a 3840 x 2160 resolution, but my Windows 10 pro only has a maximum monitor resolution setting of 1920 x 1080. How do I configure Windows 10 to take advantage of the 3840 x 2160 resolution that my monitor is capable

    remote desktop icons are too small with windows 10 with resolution 3840*2160

    remote desktop icons are two small with windows 10 with resolution 3840*2160

    tried by changing small resloutions it did not help for me

    used remote desktop connectionmamnager 2.7 and remote NG also did nit work

    please help
