Windows 10: Windows activiation error 0xC004F074

I have a Windows Microsoft 365 Family subscription. which was renewed early January, there was a couple of days delay in the renwal because I had on old credit card on my account that expired.Once I updated my credit card, maybe 2 or 3 days after subscription date, payment went through and everything was ok except formy PC.My windows is not active, and I am unable to activate it, I keep on getting the above activation error 0xC004F074.When I run the troubleshoot, it comes back with a message that I am not connectd to the internet, although I am, and my Internet is working fine.The exact Trou

I am facing an issue in my pc.It is written on the bottom right corner of the screen to Activate Windows go to settings to activate windows. Now, when i am selecting activation option in settings, I am getting error code: 0xC004F074. Please tell the steps to solve this issue.

I bought my HP laptop with windows 10 Pre-installed on March 2016. Recently a message started poping up saying

"YOUR WINDOWS LICENCE WILL EXPIRE SOON"

You need to activate windows in your settings.

And in the settings a message shows " Your windows expires on 08th August. Contact your system administrator to get a product key. ERROR CODE : 0xC004F074 "

I tried to activate it with product key I got when I purchased the product as suggested by 'https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10738/windows-activation-errors' . But it shows that Windows
can't be activated with this product key. Go to settings for more information. Error Code : 0xC004F074

Please help as to what I need to do to activate my product.
