here are our issuesn a desktop pc, we have had these issues around 8 months in a retail business:the windows and files open and close on their own whether anyone is using the system or not, randomly throughout the day....it doesnt matter if the web is being used or just programs on the desktop...the mouse moves the cursor all over the place whether its being used or not....i have contacted quickbooks and microsoft support and they both CHARGED ME a fee and neither helped fix the issues at all!!! There is no remote access to our system being granted and all of that accessibility has been dis

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Apps automatically closes

I suggest you to perform the following steps one by one and check if it helps.

• Running the App troubleshooter

Run the App troubleshooter named Windows store Apps from control Panel and check if it helps.

If not then,

• Perform System File Check (SFC)

Follow the steps:

a. Press “Windows Key + Q” to open search Bar.

b. Type “cmd” without quotes in the search box.

c. On the left pane, right click on the “cmd” option and select “Run as Administrator”.

d. Type ‘sfc /scannow’ without quotes and hit enter.

If still not helps then,

• run the System update readiness command. It detects incorrect manifests, cabinets or registry data, it may replace the incorrect data with corrected version available. Follow the steps.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click command prompt (Run as administrator).
• In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, type the following commands. Press Enter key after each command:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type Exit, and then press Enter.

Enabling automatic reboot or automatic restart in Windows 10

  Open the System Properties.
  
• 
  On the Advanced tab, under the Startup and Recovery section click on the Settings button.
  
• 
  Under the System failure section check
  the automatically restart checkbox.
  
• 
  Click OK to close the startup and system properties windows and save changes.
