Windows 10: Windows and HDD got destroyed after a sudden System_Service_Exception blue screen

Hey there. So, 2 days ago, as I was working with my laptop, I was installing something on my computer. After a while, a blue screen popped up that was related to “System Service Exception”. After that, my computer restarted and after booting up, another blue screen popped up that I wasn’t able to see as it faded so fast. From then on, I can’t get Windows to boot up and this is what makes it severe.

Startup Repair faces a problem and doesn’t help.

System Restore faces a problem.

Image Recovery faces a problem.

Entering SafeMode faces a problem Error Code : D000014C.

I decided to use CMD trick to open Notepad and then get my important files out but my partitions aren’t there.



I decided to get a bootable Windows 10 Installer but it isn’t able to recognize my HDD so I can’t reinstall Windows.

It’s not able to find any Windows versions installed so that I can get my boot config fixed.



Every time I contact Microsoft Support, they say that you’re supposed to reinstall Windows and I tell them that installer doesn’t recognize my HDD and they say “So, there is a hardware problem, goodbye.” They are very rude BTW.



This is pissing me off as I’m getting a little bit suspicious about Microsoft. Have they done anything wrong that they don’t want to confess?



In my BIOS, I can see my HDD listed and also in the Windows Installer, using the NotePad trick, I got to see some partitions that Windows had no idea about, like they had no names, no sizes, no content, etc... And the count of the partitions are one less than the ones I previously had that makes me believe that the C partition is completely gone.



Now what is the problem? This is so weird. I mean, during an installation, a blue screen popped up and corrupted everything, including my HDD?

your reference as below:

• Have you made any changes on your computer prior to this issue? -> No. i have not made any change on my PC prior this issue.

• Aside from getting the dump file, did you perform any troubleshooting steps? -> i tried update all driver to news version, check all hardware , uninstall some hardware and software unnecessary. tried clean register with CCleaner software.
  But all my PC still happen Blue screen errors sometime

errors." -> I will try again with clean boot.

After i tried all methods as you suggest, the blue screen errors happen when i use Microsoft Edge.
