Windows 10: Windows and Office shows a disconnected network although the connection is up

Discus and support Windows and Office shows a disconnected network although the connection is up in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; As you can see, the icon in the taskbar for the network seems I disconnected from the internet but I opened this page to send this feedback.Although...     Windows and Office shows a disconnected network although the connection is up


    As you can see, the icon in the taskbar for the network seems I disconnected from the internet but I opened this page to send this feedback.Although the network is up, some functionalities are not enabled because there is no connection. Same problem for Office, in particular Microsoft Outlook 2021.

    Wireless Network Disconnection

    Wireless Network Disconnection:

    Hi Experts,

    I have Dell Latitude e6540 with Windows 10 (1903) is creating an issue.

    When I am working on the browser on any other activity my internet connection is broken however Wireless connection is showing remains connected but i am out of the network so I need to click on disconnect and again connect and it works fine.

    I have tried the below troubleshooting steps.

    When the issue occurred I tried to ping 8.8.8.8 its answer is request time out
    When the issue occurred I tried to ping 192.168.1.1 (my local router IP) its answer is request time out
    Already have up to dated available Wireless LAN drivers
    Test on two different Wireless routers
    Perform these steps (https://windowsreport.com/wifi-getting-disconnected-frequently-windows-8/#:~:text=Go to Control Panel, and,on OK to save changes. )

    Windows 10 Ethernet connection randomly disconnects

    I suggest checking out the event log in Windows. It's likely going to tell you why (to some degree,) why the network connection was lost. I haven't had this issue with wired connections but, with wireless it has almost always come down to drivers or a strange software bug which boiled down to how the driver operates.
