Windows 10: Windows and third party software cant find empty folders even I have hundreds

Windows and third party software cant find empty folders even I have hundreds of them on my drive. I have tried to search for empty folders on the search bar in Windows File Explorer and also third party solutions as "Puran delete empty folders", "Easy duplicate finder" and more. They found some of my empty folders which I deleted, but I still have hundreds left after a big file duplicate erase job. When I manually go to these folders they are empty, and I cant find any hidden files there either.
