    Hello! I have a question regarding Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration, I need to replace the Debit Card I’m using for the program, if I were to change the payment method for the program would I be charged on the new card?

    Hello everybody,
    i've sold an used Windows Phone 7.8 and I want to deploy one of my old Windows Phone 7 Apps (developed with XNA Gamestudio).

    Everytime I try to get the device registred, I get the issue that the tool "Windows Phone Developer Registration" could not connect to the App Hub and I have to check my Windows Live ID and Password.

    I have an valid Windows Phone Developer Account (registred in 2016).

    Could you provide me some assistance about this problem, please?
