    I appreciate this is an unusual request but I've run out of ideas.I have a new computer running Windows 11 Pro and its only use is to run a flight simulation program - Lockheed Martin's Prepar3d v5.4.In this sim I fly different aircraft and also use a 3rd party program DLL that performs an auto-save of the flight status every 3 minutes. It performs the same function as the user manually saving the status of the flight but is obviously more convenient. This is a well respected program that has been out for years.On all my various aircraft the autosave runs seamlessly. I have added several exe

  2. Microsoft Flight Simulator issue after Windows 10 Upgrade

    Hi Rahul,



    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.



    I suggest you to completely uninstall Microsoft Flight Simulator and check.

    Refer the steps below to uninstall.

    • Press “Windows key + X”, select Control panel.
    • Open programs and features.
    • In the list of installed programs, select Microsoft Flight Simulator, and then click
      Remove.


    Note: If you have earlier versions of Flight Simulator in the list of installed programs, you will have to remove them in addition to Flight Simulator.



    Reinstall the Flight Simulator.



    Please reply to us if the issue still persist.

    I suggest you to refer the link below to download Microsoft flight simulator x and follow the steps to install in your PC.

    Follow the steps below on how to install Microsoft flight simulator xin compatibility mode:

    1. Download the Microsoft flight simulator xfrom the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

    2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

    3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

    4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

    5. Let the Microsoft flight simulator xinstall and then check the functionality.
