Windows 10: Windows Antivirus not opening correctly

Hi I have laptop with windows installed in it. Now when i go to antivirus section, it just shows blank screen. I have faced this issue many times. Also i have done resetting pc multiple time. But that solution just works for several days.Please suggest me any solution to fix this.Is this glitch related to windows or is pc infected by some virus ?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Windows Store: This app cant open

This issue could have occurred due to incorrect Store settings.

Let us try the following steps, and check if it helps.

Step 1: If you have installed any third party security software, I suggest you to temporarily disable them.

Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software,
you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Step 2: Reset Windows Store.

    Press Windows key + R key
    to open Run
    
  • 
    Type wsreset.exe and press Enter
    

Step 3: Disable Proxy Settings

Sometimes your proxy settings might be stopping the app from installing correctly.

I would suggest you to check if proxy connection is turned on by following the steps

1. Press windows key + R to open run command.

2. Type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter.

3. Under the Connections tab click on LAN Settings.

4. Uncheck Use Proxy server option and click on
OK.
