Windows 10: windows app have wrong outdated icons on the search ui.......I've tried all I could sfc...

My pc windows app have wrong outdated icons on the search ui.......I've tried all I could sfc scannow method.... everything.. it's still not working.... I'm tired.This actually happened after I was unable to log into my PC when I mistakenly changed some values in the Windows NT profile list file then after I resolved it to buy installing a Windows 10 os from a USB and then I updated my PC this then happened.I'm very confused right now I don't know what to do I have tried all I could but it's still not working when I go to the start menu the apps look updated normal and fine like the latest one

Windows Metro apps have wrong icon in search UI

When I search for any app in the Windows 10 search, it has the same wrong icon (this is just an example):





When having the app open or when looking at it in different places (start menu, taskbar, the app itself), the icon is fine (these are just examples of places I could look):







How can I resolve this? I did nothing quirky with the metro app system (like modifying/installing/uninstalling via PowerShell or by using external tools). This is in a fresh Windows 10 Pro setup that is one day old.

I already tried:

• Rebuilding the Windows search index completely
  
• Rebooting
  
• Installing an app and uninstalling it again from the Windows store
  
• Giving "Everyone" full permissions to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps
  

 

Thumbnail icons of many windows based apps are not showing in search

• I tried all that you suggested & found no corruption in windows while performing step 5
  
• Does it will take a time to get icons back or it should start working at the same time??
  

• If it should start working at the same time, then it is not loading any icons.
  

• I used dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth as well as sfc /scannow but found no error.
  

• When I created a test account & enabled an Administrator account I observed that the issue was not present in both accounts but it is present in my current account so what should I do in such a situation?

  Click on search
  
• 
  Check show search icon
