  1. Windows App Installer pop-up every time I launch Arc Browser

I recently installed the Arc Browser on my two PC's and I have been using it for a week or so. Both of the PC's run Windows 11 with the latest updates installed, and have been running fine.I never encountered a problem like this before, but every time I launch the browser on my laptop "Windows App Installer" pops up, making me unable to access the program. I think it also requires an internet connection because it just dissappears after a minute and nothing happens. When I'm connected to the internet it also pops up but those times it's just a few seconds before the program opens normally. Some
