    Hi my PSU is rated at 240w and I was watching a video and he said something along these lines even though its rated at 240w it is 275w because it gets power from the wall, It was something along those lines is it true is its watt rate higher then what it is actually says or does windows have an application that says the max amount of watts?

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
