Windows 10: Windows applications won't change colour.

When I try to change the colour of the start menu and taskbar for some unknown reason the icons of windows applications don't change colour with the system, and I know that they are supposed to do that because I've seen them do it on other laptops.

Applications won`t maximize

Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks

 

Skype won´t wok in 17063

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Can`t change lockscreen and colour on the tiles!

What's happen when you try to change colour and select the new colour tile? Do you get any message or just does not change colour?
