Windows 10: Windows apps crash when I mouse over them, not with keyboard tabs

To preface, this should be an "Apps on Windows 10" issue, but it affect all apps, not any one.This is the strangest issue I've had with my computer HP Envy x360. All Windows/System apps/features stopped working and crash when I try to mouse over them. A temporary fix is I use my keyboard to tab across elements on a page.StartAbout a month ago, my start menu stopped fully loading. It only shows my Recently Added pane, instead of the pane with the blocks to the right. In other words, it's about half its width.Notification CenterThen I noticed my Notification Center would load for a few seconds

I suggest you to update the drivers for keyboard and mouse by following the steps below.

• Right click on Start icon and select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard (for keyboard) and Mice and other pointing devices (for mouse).
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
