    Windows Apps Missing!! Help Please.


    So today I bought a new laptop, it was fine at first, all the apps were there. I decided to reset it, I may have accidentally turned it off while resetting, when I turned it back on it was on the setup. From then on there were no windows apps like microsoft store or mail. I've reset my pc about 2 more times and there are still no microsoft store or mail. ive tried powershell fixes and they dont do anything. there are also no files in WindowsApps hidden folder.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?
